The downloaded percentage depends on the number of images being downloaded. The file sizes of these images can vary, MRI or CT images tend to have smaller file sizes, while X-ray images can be as large as tens of megabytes.

To optimize the download process, we use http2, which allows us to download multiple files simultaneously. However, slower internet speeds can cause larger files to time out as they compete for bandwidth with smaller files.

When this happens, we re-queue the failed files and process them later when there are fewer files downloading. As a result, the progress can slow down, particularly towards the end when the larger files are being processed.

Nonetheless, even with good internet speeds, the time it takes to download a 50MB file can vary between 10-15 seconds, or 1 second for high-speed internet, and up to 45 seconds for a 10 Mbit connection.)

  1. Check internet speed and memory space on the device you are using.

  2. Please keep in mind that having multiple tabs open on your browser can use up memory, which can affect the loading of packets. So, it would be helpful to close any unnecessary tabs or programs that may be running simultaneously.

  3. If you have verified that your internet speed and memory space are sufficient, you may try hard reloading your browser by pressing Ctrl + Shift + R or by clicking F12 and selecting the "clear cache and reload" option after holding down the refresh button.

  4. Please ensure your device has at least 8 GB to 16 GB of free RAM space available.

  5. If you're using an Apple product, we recommend Google Chrome for optimal performance with our packets.

  6. Clearing Cache: Sometimes clearing the cache in your web browser can help resolve loading and performance issues. Here are the steps for Google Chrome:
