1. Check your RAM (Memory): Revise Radiology packets contain numerous DICOM files, often totaling over 3-4 GB. Ensure you have at least 8 GB of physical RAM available for caching.
  2. Close unnecessary programs and browser windows to free up RAM.
  3. Please use Google Chrome while working on the packets.
  4. Ensure a stable internet connection, as slow or intermittent connections can hinder file loading.
  5. Do not log in to multiple devices, as this creates multiple sessions. Stay logged in to just one device.
  6. If the packets get stuck please DO NOT KEEP RELOADING THE PAGE. Reloading pages slows down the server.
